In an Aerial Yoga class at Shanti, you will relax and realign the body, center the mind and uplift the spirit. This practice offers authentic yoga with the support of a soft, fabric hammock to explore, refine, and advance traditional asana both in the air and on the ground. Our teachers were trained in the Unnata® Aerial Yoga method. Please reach out to if you have questions.
